Charm me with flowers
I'm not a bee so I guess I’m not the intended audience, but flowers still excite me every time. Purple petal gradients, bright gold and red colour contrasts, and intricate textures are all a joy to photograph and I’m always seeking out those details to capture. I decided right now is a perfect time to share some of my favourite flower photos because they’re on theme with my upcoming pattern publication for A Garden Wedding Shawl. I took inspiration for my shawl’s floral motif from real and embroidered flowers.

Enjoy the flowers!
