It's Cherry Blossom Time!
The View on my Deck
We’ve had these cherry trees in pots on our deck for a few years now, but every time those little buds peek out with specks of white and then unfurl into these perfect little blossoms, I’m amazed and inspired like it was the first time it has ever happened. Even better, the process is happening on trees all over the neighbourhood, so puffs of white and pink and gold are everywhere, like an impressionist painting out my window. I’m looking forward to lots of bumble bees and other pollinators visiting us so we have sweet dark red cherries in the summer!
