Indie Untangled Where we Knit Club 2024

🌖 I’m delighted to be participating in this yarn and pattern club for 2024. I’ll be collaborating with Tanis Fiber Arts to create an original colourwork design in exclusive yarn.

About the club:

The Where We Knit club brings together four new indie dyer and designer teams from around the world. Each pair will create a colorway and an accompanying accessory pattern, drawing inspiration from various places where they whip out their works in progress.

The club will start in February 2024. Every three months, you will receive one or two skeins of hand-dyed yarn in an exclusive colorway, a digital pattern that will be exclusive for six months and a special gift based on the theme of each installment. Shipping is included in the listed price.

After each installment ships out, you'll be invited to participate in an interactive Zoom interview with each team, learning more about their collaboration.

Our Mood

~November~
Tanis Fiber Arts and I will be creating the yarn and pattern for November’s club instalment. I can tell you it’ll be an accessory with colourwork that’s taking the palette and vibe from this moon-over-the trees image I took from my balcony. Here’s our inspo statement:

The Forest and the Moon:

Tanis and Andrea, based on the opposite sides of Canada, are inspired to explore the border between the tree line and sky, playing with the velvety, delicate lines of branches and the softness of the moon.
