Sale Pattern Highlights

Okanogan
CA$14.00

I’ve been out hiking almost every weekend this year and it got me longing for a well thought-out boot sock. I designed these socks to have a traditional look and to include all sorts of great details to make them comfortable, durable, and functional. Reinforced heels and toes mean they’ll stand up to lots of trekking, and ribbing around the ankle and across the narrowest part of the foot offers a good, elastic fit. They’re worked at a dense gauge for a hard-wearing fabric. They’re also a bit taller than standard to go with your favourite hiking boots. The pattern is written for five adult sizes with both straight and shaped calf versions, so knit these up for you and your friends, and head out on an adventure!

Dissent Pullover
CA$16.99

If you know me, you’ll already know that I’m inspired by American Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This is my second design that’s an interpretation of Justice Ginsburg’s Dissent jabot, a decorative collar that she wears when she reads dissenting opinions in the court. This fingering weight pullover comes with several versions to mix and match, including different sleeve and body lengths. I was thinking of persistent women as I knit all three samples. Wear yours with feminist defiance.

There’s also a worsted weight cardigan and a hat version of this design available.

Seablush
CA$16.99

This lightweight pullover is a sweet, elegant treasure that will carry you between seasons. The yoke pattern is simple but mesmerizing, making it a wonderful first sweater pattern and a wardrobe staple. I named it after seablush, a plant that produces wonderful little pink puffballs of flowers. It’s native to Vancouver Island and was one of the first plants I ever grew in my garden.

Both written and charted instructions are included for the textured lace pattern.
